Description

• Manage Authentic8 customers’ contracts and solutions for mission success • Act as intermediary between customer requirements and Authentic8 functions • Lead customer communications regarding renewal, quoting, escalation, quarterly business review • Work with deployment/support teams for successful deployment • Understand customer’s mission and objectives while ensuring product effectiveness • Develop materials for and conduct regular business reviews • Identify satisfaction issues, user opportunities, and service enhancements • Contribute beyond role and lead strategic initiatives to improve customer experience • Help craft strategy for engagement model for different customer segments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Client Success • Competence with SFDC • Client Success/Relationship Management experience • SaaS background
