• Partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams during enterprise integration discussions • Acting as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers • Partnering with Support team regarding customer support issues tied to integration challenges • Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to refine merchant integration obstacles • Troubleshooting ongoing integration issues with enterprise partners
• 4+ years of experience in customer integrations, project management, business analysis, client success, e-commerce or a related field • Bachelor's Degree (BSc / BA) in relevant area or equivalent work experience • Good understanding of HTML / CSS / Javascript and knowledge of HTTP networking • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid practical experience in process development and documentation • Fluent in English, other language(s) considered an advantage
