Description

• Oversee e-commerce accounting operations • Be the finance lead for new webstore implementations • Review customer contracts to advise on key financial terms • Manage all aspects of inventory accounting • Review and assist in month-end close • Review and assist in reconciliations of major balance sheet accounts • Evaluate internal controls and processes • Manage and provide leadership to our overseas and domestic e-commerce accounting team • Review processes and recommend modifications • Coordinate required information for the external audit

Requirements

• CPA required • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting • 2+ years public accounting experience a plus • 5+ years of similar business experience ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and internal control experience related to inventory • Experience working in B2B and/or B2C sales environments • Experience with NetSuite a plus • Strong experience working with, and understanding, ERP and WMS systems • General understanding of the operational flow of accounting transactions in a consumer goods and/or resale environment • General understanding of sales tax, use tax and other global consumption taxes • Strong interest in being involved in the overall operations of a large company • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills • Excellent project managerial and interpersonal skills • Desire to succeed in a highly competitive but collaborative ever-changing environment
