Description
• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of clients' marketing initiatives • Primary point of contact for clients, guiding discussions, offering proactive advice, and ensuring seamless delivery of services • Maintain client relationships by providing strategic oversight for portfolio of accounts • Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns • Ensure overall success of engagements through effective communication, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations for optimization
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on client services at an agency • Expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and CRM integrations • Track record of success in client retention and revenue growth • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in digital marketing • Experience in cyber security, fintech, regtech, and SaaS industries valued • Familiarity with ClickUp project management tool required
