Description
• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Beekeeping Operations Manager to lead our beekeeping operations. • The Beekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing our team, developing strategies, and ensuring the success of our operations.
Requirements
• Extensive commercial beekeeping experience, including pollination and honey production. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example in both shop and field settings. • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to develop and implement strategies. • Openness to change and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse cultures and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel and stay in different locations for longer periods. • Ability to manage emails and communication strategies effectively. • Experience in hiring and growing a team.
