Description

• Provide support to the Corporate Controller. • Manage AR, AP, General Ledger, and reconciliation processes. • Identify and analyze problems and implement solutions. • Improve processes and contribute to successful financial reporting. • Exemplify BELAY’s Core Values and Mission Statement daily. • Collaborate with teammates and foster teamwork. • Record journal entries and reconcile Imp Fees/Buyouts. • Prepare weekly income reports and release approved A/P Payments weekly. • Review general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accruals. • Assist corporate audit responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Must possess strong proven customer service skills in both written and verbal communication. • Must have business acumen, be organized, and able to problem-solve. • Should have 2-4 years of experience with GL, AR/AP functions, and financial reporting. • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required. • Excellent understanding of best financial practices and accounting processes. • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and keen eye for detail. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines. • Display exemplary ethical behavior with confidential financial documents. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple software applications. • Must be a driven self-starter and a positive thinker. • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, and action orientation are essential. • Strong verbal and written communication skills required. • Team player willing to get projects done when needed. • High degree of autonomy with capability to work remotely.
