Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for our business organization ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience • Create a scalable process that meets the needs of our company • Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilize internal systems to further recruiting goals • Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research • Collaborate with Recruitment team members to develop and update on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools • Screen and assess candidates for values, abilities and skills to ensure we’re continually increasing our quality of hire • Facilitate both virtual and on-site interview plans • Extend offers; negotiate and close to achieve or exceed hiring targets • Support candidate experience -- guide candidates through the process and ensure every experience is positive, timely, memorable and transparent • Ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates at each stage of the process

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably sales recruitment in a high-volume environment • Previous experience within mortgage or financial services preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred • Must have experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) & ATS systems • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders • Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail • Has built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships • Self-motivated, competitive against your own personal goals • A go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies • A scrappy & creative thinker; an optimist • High personal integrity • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills
