Description

• Drive excellence in sales and help expand Bird globally. • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking. • Customize presentations and proposals to address client-specific needs. • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through intelligent deal structuring. • Develop and execute detailed account plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in CRM, marketing automation, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience with multi-stakeholder deals, including engagements with C-suite executives. • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning—willing to dive deep into Bird’s solutions and industry trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a simple, compelling way. • Proficiency with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and pipeline management platforms. • A strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute account growth strategies effectively.
