Description

• Senior Solutions Architect works closely with Customer Success and Commercial teams • Provides technical demonstrations and answers technical questions during the sales process • Troubleshoots customer problems and assists in completion of RFPs • Drives relationships with technical audiences and captures feedback for product

Requirements

• Experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong soft skills: communication, relationship building, emotional intelligence • Previous coding experience in some form • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is a MUST HAVE • Experience and knowledge of working in the LATAM region is a strong plus
