Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and other cutting-edge technologies. • Conduct thorough analysis of client infrastructure, applications, and business processes to architect effective and scalable solutions. • Design system architectures, create solution blueprints, and produce detailed technical documentation. • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Microsoft Azure platform services, solutions, and best practices. • Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients to address their concerns and provide clarifications. • Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications. • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Microsoft Azure and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies. • In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable. • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
