Description

• Blackbird Labs is a loyalty and payments platform establishing meaningful connections between the world’s best restaurants and their customers. • Looking for a creative, versatile Social Media & Community Manager to manage our ever-growing social audience. • Responsible for educating our brand values to our community and managing the day-to-day tactical side of our social media strategy. • Requires a creative and data-driven individual who can seamlessly integrate social content. • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content creation and managing social media tasks from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in social media marketing for a consumer lifestyle brand • Proven track record managing both organic and paid social media across current and emerging platforms • Staying updated on social media trends and mastering content creation, including lo-fi video, is essential • Experience in working with and executing influencer strategies aligned with broader marketing and business goals • High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to care for multiple, competing priorities simultaneously • Flawless written and verbal communication skills; must be able to pitch ideas and present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights • Able to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules • Based in NYC
