• Lead the US Finance function with responsibilities for the general ledger, AR/AP, and all reporting systems while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal management reporting requirements • Manage monthly financial close in a timely and accurate manner, including preparation of reconciliations of all revenue and expense accounts, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, journal entries, review of inventory, and variance analysis • Partner with department leaders to understand key issues and business drivers and run point on financial models and forecasts, and increase efficiency of periodic reporting
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance; accounting, CFA or CPA is a plus but not required • Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems and implementations: Netsuite, Coupa, Hyperion, SAP would be a plus • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint: modeling, pivot tables, indexmatch, vlookup, VBA (thinkcell knowledge would be a plus) • Advanced knowledge of Notion would be a plus • You can learn extremely fast • Excellent written & verbal communication • Extreme attention to detail • Bachelors and/or Masters in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• $130,000 - $150,000 annual base salary • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
