• The Supply Chain and Network team at BlinkRx collaborates with our network of pharmacy partners to ensure patients can access their medications easily and affordably. • As a Network Senior Analyst, you will take on high-impact responsibilities, executing multiple strategic projects simultaneously, solving problems daily, and maintaining operational rigor to drive efficiency. • Blink is growing rapidly, so adaptability to an evolving environment and shifting short-term goals is essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy/business operations at a high-growth startup (healthcare tech experience preferred). • Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau) to translate ambiguous data into actionable insights and solutions. • Experience leading and managing multiple cross-functional projects with various stakeholders in a technical environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and serve as a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all analytical work. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Motivation aligned with Blink’s mission and enthusiasm for analyzing complex problems to drive comprehensive solutions and improve patient outcomes.
