Description

• This is a client support role. • A typical day will be solving service requests, developing automation, optimizing processes and procedures, and expanding on your skillset. • When not tending to service requests, you will work to continue to develop and build on your skills. • This can mean taking on new or unfamiliar tasks or processes for a client, studying for a Kubernetes exam or acquiring additional Azure certifications. • We are looking for someone with at least three years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction. • This is a standout opportunity to collaborate with an elite group of engineers, to continually build up your skillset and, in turn, build a career in the cloud industry.

Requirements

• Manage and resolve escalated incidents, service requests and engineering assignments • Respond to client incidents in a timely manner • Identify, and develop solutions for, trends and patterns in incidents • Collaborate amongst the team during critical events • Provide top notch customer service to clients • Build automation
