Description
• Oversee and direct all general ledger and consolidation and reporting and related internal controls • Manage general ledger accounting, consolidation and reporting related to a publicly traded technology company • Assist the Controller in development, implementation and oversight of company-wide accounting policies, practices, and internal controls • Lead compliance of technical accounting matters including equity accounting, business combinations, goodwill assessment, capitalization of software development, income taxes, and lease accounting • Interact with external auditors as it relates to the annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews • Prepare financial statements and SEC reporting and disclosure • Manage financial systems and service providers.
Requirements
• B.S or Masters in Accounting • CPA Required • 10+ years of related experience • Strong leadership and technical accounting skills • Proven ability to work effectively in a public company environment • Demonstrated ability to be nice, smart and get things done • Experience with Oracle a plus
