Description

• Support retention marketing efforts through email and SMS building and QA process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer journey optimization • Partner with the Retention Marketing Manager for customer journey strategies

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retention marketing experience • Strong understanding of email & SMS marketing • Experience working with multiple retention channels • Email building experience with an ESP • Proven track record of organized and thoughtful work • Experience building and scaling customer journeys • Basic understanding of URLs/UTMs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking skills and an action-oriented mindset • Ability to be adaptable in a changing environment
