Description

• Complete day-to-day marketing and partnership strategies and projects towards the Chinese market and local Chinese community • Develop new business leads on all kinds of China-market-faced revenue-driven opportunities including partnerships development, partnership marketing, ticket/premium sales, etc • Play a role to initiate, craft and implement high-valued partnership marketing & activation plans for current Chinese partners by working collectively with various internal departments • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to better find opportunities in the Chinese market • Highlight and promote the business value of BSE Global all properties in Chinese market with innovative fan experience and brand activations to captivate the target audience and collaborators • Working with Partnership Solution team and lead the process to develop storytelling efforts and enable powerful, data-led narratives to live across all Chinese client partnership development process (one-sheets, decks, case studies, recaps, etc) • Handle and grow the current Chinese partners’ relationship to ensure ongoing collaboration, alignment and upsell opportunities • Collaborate with Ticket Sales department to develop and implement ticket and premium sales strategies tailored for the local Chinese market • Develop and polish China Business Strategy department in-arena & off-site hospitality strategy & process to engage more prospects and VIPs

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required • 2-4 years of professional experience working in marketing, corporate partnership sales & activations, event planning & executions, and VIP relation/hospitality • Significant knowledge of China & US sports and entertainment industry trends and ability to serve as a subject area authority • Experience working in handling and growing long-term and trust-based client relations with Chinese enterprises is a strong plus • Passionate about developing new business relation, engaging with new business leads and crafting innovative projects • Have a strong growth mindset and always striving for going above and beyond in all kinds of projects and tasks • Proficient in process and project management– ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, build structure and implement a strategic vision on deadline and with attention to detail • Highly collaborative, adaptable teammate with capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment • Excellent in written and verbal communication and presentation in bilingual (English and Chinese) • Willing to work with flexible hours including night and weekends as business needed • Bachelor's degree is required • People manager experience is a strong plus
