Description

• Responsible for sourcing, reviewing, monitoring, and engaging alternative asset managers and investment strategies • Ensure best in class investment products for our clients • Manage initial manager relationship during sourcing and onboard them successful onto the CAIS Platform

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in financial markets with a strong focus in alternative investments, including hedge fund and/or private markets strategies required • Qualified candidates will have existing relationships with asset managers • Broad investment management and financial market knowledge across asset classes • An understanding of alternatives marketplace and regulatory environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate the benefits of complex investment products • Highly ambitious and collaborative self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate effectively with individuals at a range of levels from internal and external partners from CIOs and CEOs to analyst • Ability to lead initiatives, projects, and work cross collaboratively to get stuff done! • Strong project management and time management skills with ability to manage many workflows and improve efficiency • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting preferred • Series 7 & Series 63/66 or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire • Demonstrated progress in CFA, CPA, CAIA, CFP, and/or CIMA strongly preferred • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Airtable, and CRM programs
