Description
• Responsible for monitoring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies. • Assist with defining safety compliance standards and report on non-conformances. • Conduct training and observations in the field on safety related matters. • Perform on-site training, inspections and coaching on safety standards and procedures. • Assist with completion of key EH&S metrics and data analysis by location.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, construction or related industry in a safety or environmental support role. • Degree in Safety, Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience. • Understanding and knowledge of OSHA and other federal and state occupational laws. • Knowledge of auditing and onsite inspection processes. • Experience with data analytics and data reporting tools. • Understanding of Corporate processes and how to document, train and continuously improve processes. • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
