Description
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and compliance with HIPPA Regulations • Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures • Comply with Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies • Communicate with peers on issues related to client progress and best program practices • Work with direct reporting staff to set staff performance targets • Develop and document all program activities • Interface with the Director of Housing Operations or the property management company • Participate in startup activities including marketing and lease up • Access community resources for clients • Ensure all apartment vacancies are filled within 4-6 weeks • Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff • Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures • Ensure all clients files and program files are kept in compliance
Requirements
• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or related field • 5 years of relevant experience • Experience working with mental illness, substance abuse issues, HIV/AIDS other special needs
