Description
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of the IB programs across grade levels • Ensure compliance with IBO standards and requirements • Develop and maintain effective policies, procedures, and guidelines for the program • Collaborate with other school administrators and departments to integrate the IB program with the overall curriculum and school activities • Work closely with teachers to align the curriculum with the IB framework • Support teachers in the development and implementation of IB interdisciplinary units • Regularly review and update the curriculum to reflect changes in the IB program and educational best practices • Provide guidance and resources to teachers to enhance instructional practices • Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers related to the IB program • Guide students in the selection of appropriate IB courses and pathways • Assist students in understanding the requirements and expectations of the IB program • Organize and conduct informational sessions for parents and students • Coordinate and oversee the administration of IB assessments • Manage administrative tasks related to the IB program, including enrollment, registration, and reporting • Foster positive relationships with the wider IB community
