Description

• Ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care for patients, maintaining Serenity Lane’s standards. • Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain our patient base. • Guide and support the growth of clinical and non-clinical staff through effective training and development programs. • Manage financial operations to uphold fiscal responsibility and sustainability. • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with community partners and referral sources. • Apply ASAM, Evidence-Based Practices, and Oregon Administrative Rules in the delivery of services, including SUD groups, individual sessions, family therapy, MAT integration, and mental health care.

Requirements

• CADC II certification required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Minimum of 5 years in addictions treatment required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. • Proficient in DSM-5 criteria, Oregon Administrative Rules, DUII rehabilitation and education, ASAM standards, and confidentiality laws (CFR 42). • Familiarity with client-centered care standards and experience with electronic medical records is essential.
