Description

• As the Product Strategy & Operations Manager for Digital Tipping, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our product portfolio • Responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of the Hospitality Industry • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to drive product excellence and operational efficiency • Ideal for a dynamic, data-driven individual who excels at balancing strategic thinking with operational execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, strategy, or operations, ideally within the software or technology industry and with a focus on B2B SaaS products • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to leverage data to make informed decisions • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • A customer-centric mindset • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus
