Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in a Senior Engineering Leadership position, as a Director, Senior Director, or Vice President of Engineering, or CTO in startups. • Successfully led multiple teams simultaneously, shipping high-quality features and managed and executed against ambitious roadmaps. • Excellent technical acumen; know the right architecture and patterns to build functional, durable, and maintainable products. • Successfully interviewed, hired, and mentored both managers and individual contributors on engineering teams. • Clear and concise communicator; enjoys explaining complicated ideas in simple terms, both in-person and in writing.
