Description

• Analyze spatial data to support consulting business • Develop maps, models, tools, and visualizations to support decision-making processes • Collect, process, and analyze spatial data using GIS software and other tools • Conduct spatial analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate spatial data into projects and workflows • Provide technical support and training to team members on spatial analysis tools and techniques • Prepare detailed reports and presentations of analysis results for stakeholders • Stay current with advancements in GIS technology and spatial analysis methodologies • Foster a commitment to excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement • Achieve utilization targets commensurate with your role and level

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spatial analysis and GIS • Quantitative strengths in the creation of detailed analytical models using Excel advanced functions and various tools • Proficiency in GIS and related software such as ArcGIS, PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Suite, MS Office and related tools • Proficiency with Esri suite, including ArcGIS Pro, enterprise, web mapping, dashboards, experience builder, etc • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Arcade, Javascript) is a plus • Familiarity with geospatial data sources is preferred • Background in AEC (healthcare, education, science & technology, and/or commercial) a plus
