Description
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team • Develop and maintain financial models • Monitor and analyze critical metrics and business trends • Assist in preparation of weekly reporting • Identify and analyze operational problems • Work cross-functionally to execute objectives • Meet with budget owners for monthly review • Own headcount and salary planning
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent quantitative major • 3+ years of experience in a finance/analytics role in a corporate environment • Experience in the tech industry, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus • 1+ years of experience building complicated financial models with a focus on efficiency • Proven understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics • Expert-level Excel skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong SQL skills • Statistical modeling using R/Python/etc a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
