Description

• Execute the timely and accurate movement of funds into and out of customer accounts • Respond to inquiries from financial professionals, assistants, and colleagues with professionalism • Conduct thorough research and respond to notifications promptly • Review and transmit various forms, including meticulous data entry • Handle check deposits, funds disbursements, and check or redemption requests efficiently • Process wire requests accurately • Review requests for completeness and proactively follow up • Receive, research, and respond to inquiries from financial professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial services or related field • Working knowledge of pertinent regulations around client account information and funds movement • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer software skills • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Positive and upbeat demeanor • 3 to 5 years Securities operations experience (preferred) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (preferred) • Strong knowledge of cashiering and AML regulations and protocols (preferred)
