Description

• Oversee all financial aspects of the Care Core Consumer business, focusing on revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. • Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 direct reports, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support in a collaborative environment. • Serve as a primary finance partner to the GM of Consumer, and work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive revenue growth and profitability. • Provide detailed and insightful financial analysis to drive key business decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. • Oversee pricing, product profitability, and revenue forecasting for the Consumer business. Identify areas for optimization and growth, working closely with the leadership team. • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets. • Develop and monitor key financial and operational metrics to ensure performance goals are met. • Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to mitigate potential financial and operational impacts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong foundation in investment banking, private equity, or consulting. • Demonstrated success in overseeing financial operations for a consumer-driven business or similar function. • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams. • Exceptional financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and operate in a hybrid work environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
