Description

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall job satisfaction. • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. • Partners with the leadership team to provide support and guidance when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. • Develop, Implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate-level Human Resource Management and/or generalist, or related experience preferred • 1-2 years of experience in planning and implementing employee training and engagement • People-oriented and result-driven • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Experience in collaborating with and/or serving a wide array of individuals from various cultural backgrounds. • Project Management or related experience is a plus.
