• The Human Resources Administrator (HRA) reports directly to the AD of HR and is responsible for the daily administration of the HR department • Assist with onboarding, employee changes, recording electronic maintenance papers, payroll processing, and other aspects to support the HR department • Supports the day-to-day operations of the human resources department
• Three (3) years’ experience in an administrative role required • Associates degree preferred • 1+ years of ADP experience preferred • Database management experience • Experience in Human Resources • Basic computing skills to aid in data management and other HR functions • Must have strong communication skills • Self-motivator with a passion for problem solving
