Description

• The People Experience Specialist will work across the team and with partner teams to assist with planning, developing, and facilitating people programs. • Support key programs across the employee lifecycle. • Support high-touch internal events including planning and facilitation. • Support global strategies that drive connection to our culture and values. • Create content and communications to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a people-related role. • A values-aligned team player who demonstrates an understanding and passion for employee engagement and internal communications. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work confidently and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team while meeting deadlines. • Experience with digital communications technology.
