Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree – Business or Healthcare or Engineering preferred. • 3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, or related fields leading implementations. • 3+ years working in healthcare. • Start-up experienced preferred. • PMP or Six Sigma certified preferred. • Tech savvy: PM tools (preferably Wrike), proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and other relevant tools. • Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex integrations with multiple systems. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
