Description

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. • Overseeing all aspects of corporate finance and tax. • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial reports and footnotes. • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial projections and forecasts. • Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing activities. • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting strategies. • Manage and mentor a team of 5 Finance/Accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, Master's, MBA, or 3-4 years of Big4 practice preferred. • 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and tax with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, QuickBooks, SAP Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in industries such as renewable energies, maritime shipping, and venture capital is highly desirable. • Bilingual in Korean/English is essential. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
