Description

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. • Present complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to senior and non-technical management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive data-driven decision-making. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis using various methods and frameworks to extract meaningful insights. • Develop, implement, and maintain robust analytical models to support business objectives. • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Utilize DBT to manage and transform data within the data warehouse. • Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, analytics tools, and technologies. • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with our values. • You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C1 / ILR Level 5. • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on engaging with senior stakeholders. • Familiarity with using dbt for data transformation and management. • Strong proficiency with SQL and other data manipulation languages. • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting. You don’t need to be a data science expert — just comfortable writing python code and comprehending code written by others. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
