â˘As a Licensed Customer Care Agent (Temporary), you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to Medicare beneficiaries. â˘You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and completing daily tasks assigned by management. â˘This role requires individuals who are licensed and possess a UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower.
â˘Active licensure or certification relevant to Medicare or healthcare (e.g., insurance agent license). â˘Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. â˘UA (Unavailability of Assistance) rate of 20% or lower, demonstrating reliability and availability to assist customers. â˘Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and professionalism. â˘Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. â˘Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges with a solutions-oriented approach. â˘Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team. â˘Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. â˘Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules. â˘Commitment to continuous learning and development to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
