Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university • 4-5+ years experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-growing startup or tech company • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives • Experience with HR software and tools for recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
