Description

• Grow the US sales volume with Financial Sector & PS customers • Position Climeworks as the nr 1 CDR company • Positively position our brand in the US within the Finance & PS industries • Inspire US-based sales team to build partnerships with financial and PS sector • Close strategically relevant deals for Climeworks • Represent Climeworks at top US sectorial events • Seek valuable partnerships within the sector • Help close existing opportunities and accelerate growth • Grow existing US sales funnel and reach additional targets • Build relationships with US C-level executives at top prospecting companies • Set and follow up on clear and strong OKRs for the team

Requirements

• Extensive work experience and a network in enterprise selling • Proven track record of success in the finance and insurance sectors • Skilled in engaging and collaborating with C-level executives • Driving strategic partnerships and high-impact deals • Demonstrated expertise and technical competencies in enterprise sales • Strong communication and negotiating skills • Strong abilities in team management • Effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve strategic goals • Inspiring leadership behaviors and social competencies that foster inclusivity • Self-drive and motivation to combat climate change • Strong people management skills to empower your team • Proficient in US English • Willingness to travel up to 20%
