🔄 Hybrid – Manhattan
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and career development • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors • Manage office operations and vendor relationships • Coordinate facilities management, including space planning, maintenance, and office improvements • Enhance the employee experience by collaborating with the office team to plan and execute company outings, events, and employee recognition programs • Collaborate with Cofactr’s Engineering team to plan team on-sites every 6 weeks • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and help develop job descriptions and interview processes • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with company culture • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations • Strong understanding of People policies, processes, and legal requirements • Extensive experience with project management, from conception to execution, with excellent stakeholder management • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Experience with Rippling is a plus • Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus • You might not have experience with each aspect of this role, but we encourage you to apply!
