• We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations • This role reports to the Head of Operations • Developing and executing a roadmap based on company priorities • Designing processes that scale and improving customer experience • Managing vendors across various functions • Collaborating with product managers and the engineering team
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Operations, Product Operations or strategy role in a fast-growing startup • Experience in FinTech preferred • Living in or willing to relocate to New York • Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required • An interest in serving an underserved community
