Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals • Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted training to equip SDRs with the necessary skills and knowledge for success • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs to strengthen and maintain a dynamic and effective team • Develop and execute strategies to enhance lead generation and appointment-setting efforts • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and effective outreach strategies • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement • Regularly review and refine scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies to stay aligned with industry trends and evolving customer needs • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting the SDR team’s performance and contributions

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales development or lead generation, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and pipeline management • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales enablement tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Demonstrated experience in managing processes around underperforming employees, including the development and execution of performance improvement plans to enhance individual contributions and overall team success • Strong organizational and time management skills • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent
