Description

• Responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable process including POs, invoices, payments. • Enter and review invoice details for complete and accurate information to submit for payment • Work with employees across various groups to create purchase orders with appropriate coding • Set up new vendors in the ERP and AP systems • Respond to employee inquiries about AP processes, payment status, and other ad hoc requests • Respond to vendor inquiries thoroughly and timely • Review company credit card activity and update journal entry template with applicable information for each transaction • Run NACHA files for ACH payments for applicable bank accounts • Review and process expense reports for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned bank accounts • Run reports and provide data needed for accounting month-end close activities • Assist in data gathering and preparation of 1099 filings

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year Accounts Payable experience including internships • Strong knowledge and understanding of full cycle AP processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
