• Coordinate design and pre-construction services including estimating, scheduling, and project planning. • Manage the collaborative design and integration of the ConXtech system. • Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects. • Prepare overall project plans and evaluate project progress. • Review and interpret proposed designs and initiate revisions when appropriate. • Authorize contracts, purchase orders, and approve contractor invoices for payment.
• Proficient Project Management skills in development and execution of projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Structural/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the structural steel construction industry. • Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on field experience. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Leadership abilities for managing direct/indirect reports. • Ability to travel to project sites as needed. • Proficient in Tekla Structures, Microsoft Office & Teams. • Competence in Procore, Sage, Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, and scheduling software.
