• Oversee scheduling and coordination of security assessments for clients. • Work with Sr. Director to shape strategic advancements for scheduling and capacity functions. • Support execution of business strategies and collaborate for process improvements. • Ensure client expectations are managed and deadlines met. • Design enhancements of business tools to improve scheduling processes. • Generate reports on scheduling and project status.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on scheduling and coordination. • Proven experience execution planning for concurrent client-facing projects with a strong emphasis on meeting tight deadlines. • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and capacity tracking. • Proven experience deriving quantifiable metrics from internal operations activities and subjective quality indicators, including creating data where they’re needed and don’t exist. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be based remotely in US, Canada, or UK.
