Description

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new potential clients • Analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet clients' goals • Partner with Account Management for new business success and retention • Establish relationships with C-level managers • Identify and convert new potential clients to FRP clients • Source referrals for new business opportunities • Attend industry events for referrals and industry knowledge • Attend training to develop selling/closing skills • Meet or exceed set annual sales goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications etc. • 5 plus years of selling B2B solutions to C-suite executives • Knowledge of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology • Ability to cold call to set appointments with potential clients • Ability to source referrals through industry related events • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Life & Health License • Proficient software skills in Microsoft Office Products, CRM systems
