Description

• This position is responsible for day-to-day coordination related to Helaina’s operations for the office, lab and onsite logistics. • Under the direct supervision of the Chief People Officer, the Operations Coordinator will be the day-to-day onsite point of contact for office and lab maintenance and purchasing needs. • They will also support the general administrative function and activities for logistics and supply chain, including shipping and receiving of effera™.

Requirements

• You have an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years of experience in an office operations, lab operations or customer service role. • You are self-aware, curious, and have a desire to learn. • You are personable, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a customer-service mindset. • You are process-oriented and organized with excellent attention to detail and deadlines. • You have outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to work across all levels and functions. • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and be part of a lean and nimble team.
