• Squarespace is seeking a Manager to lead our Marketing Channel Analytics and Operations team. • You and your team will power our growth strategy and investments through innovative analytical, process and technology solutions. • Solve complex questions with significant opportunity to influence business results. • This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters (3 days per week).

Requirements

• 10+ years delivering analytical, process and technology solutions at a marketing agency or supporting an in-house marketing team • 5+ years managing a team, including hiring and developing talent and creating effective team structures and processes • Experience driving marketing channel strategy, planning and performance through first- and third-party data, analysis, insights, decision frameworks and learning agendas • Expertise in measurement solutions (marketing mix modeling, attribution, experimentation), customer segmentation and targeting, and campaign operations across brand and direct response channels (paid search, paid social, creator, video, etc) • Knowledge of common AdTech and MarTech platforms (Tag Manager, Ad Server, DSP, SEO, CDP, ESP, Analytics Tools) and their respective business applications and privacy requirements; experience implementing and driving adoption of one or more platforms • Expertise in SQL and one or more BI/visualization tools and best practices • Experience setting and achieving roadmaps, project plans and milestones • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who can navigate organizational complexity and drive alignment across functions and levels, including, experience working with VP and C-suite level stakeholders.
