Description

• We seek a driven individual passionate about providing a best-in-class customer experience • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships • CruxOCM is looking for a customer-obsessed Vice President of Global Sales individual who has a track record of scaling and developing sales organizations globally • The VP Global Sales will need to be adept at identifying opportunities and working with internal/external teams to implement plans that improve upon our current sales strategies and processes to drive client acquisition, expansion, and retention • Reporting to the CRO, the VP Global Sales will lead, inspire, and empower a team of sales professionals to become the trusted client advisors that drive customer value and, in turn, CruxOCM’s revenue growth • You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering to deliver onCruxOCM’s revenue growth

Requirements

• Global recruiting of sales professionals (business development, account management, and sales engineers) to build out the capacity of the sales organization • Lead and mentor a high-performing global sales team providing coaching and professional development opportunities to enable consistent success • Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement across the • Collaborate with the CRO to define, develop, and implement an improved repeatable sales process to expand customer acquisition and expansion to drive revenue growth • Serving as a thought leader to the leadership team on growth opportunities defining strategies and plans to capture these opportunities to improve CruxOCM’sbusiness • Provide insights and feedback to the Product and Customer Success teams to inform product development and deployment strategies that facilitate customer adoption • Set, track, and measure key performance objectives that facilitate actualization of annual sales goals • Create & maintain regular dashboards/reports on sales metrics to the executive team • Create and utilize market data and analytics to drive customer acquisition strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our solutions to solve their challenges • Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders across the oil and gas industry • Always maintain a win-win mindset through management of customer escalations, acting internally as the voice of customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues
