Description
• The Senior Growth Strategist, Paid Search will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to align with clients' overarching business goals. • This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the dynamic digital landscape and develop solutions to complex challenges. • You will manage multiple processes across various clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required: 4 Year College Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • 2-4 years of experience with digital marketing. (Preferably Google Ads). • Programmatic Display, Connected TV, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter are all a plus too. • Strong interpersonal skills. Copywriting skills and strong writing skills are a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and complete projects within a deadline. • Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful and digestible way. • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments. • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Emotional maturity. • Ability to present to executives and C-suite on the client side and internally. • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Detail oriented is a must. • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) is a plus. • Learn, master, and provide valuable product improvement feedback for our proprietary technology platform
