Description
• Responsible for receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup • Handle case assignment/scheduling process • Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines • Update clients frequently on case progress
Requirements
• An Associate’s Degree is preferred • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred • Exceptional communication skills • Critical thinking ability • Efficient time management • Computer literacy and typing skills
