Description
• Become an expert in Dasera’s platform • Conduct user and market research • Cultivate deep empathy for challenges faced by customer personas • Design new features, define scope, and deliver value rapidly • Manage the product development process end-to-end • Write product plans, detailed requirements and user stories • Work with the UX team to create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups • Be a trusted business partner to the engineering team • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across the entire organization • Analyze the competitive landscape and collaborate with sales and marketing • Experience in Data warehouses, Databases, Cloud Storage and Analytics • Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as product manager in a SaaS environment. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Experience leading post-launch optimizations, success metrics and user feedback • Attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
